依达拉奉联合灯盏花素治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效分析

In Accordance with Edaravone in Combination Lamps,the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction Clinical Curative Effect Analysis

目的:探讨依达拉奉联合灯盏花素治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效分析。方法:将2013年10月—2014年10月在我院神经内科治疗的80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用依达拉奉联合灯盏花素治疗,2个疗程后比较两组患者的治疗效果、神经功能、日常生活能力、血流动力学指标、不良反应等。结果:观察组治疗有效率为92.5%,显著高于对照组的75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后NIHSS及BI评分较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、纤维蛋白原、血小板、血细胞比容等血流动力学指标明显较对照组改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率与对照组相比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:依达拉奉联合灯盏花素治疗急性脑梗死安全有效,能够显著改善患者神经功能及日常生活能力,降低血液黏度,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective：To study the adr in joint lamps,the treatment of acute cerebral infarction clinical curative effect analysis. Methods：In October 2013- October 2014 in our hospital neurology treatment of 80 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,control group treated by routine western medicine,the observation group based on the use in accordance with edaravone in combination lamps,the treatment,compared two groups of patients after 2 courses of treatment effect,nerve functions,daily life ability,hemodynamic indexes,adverse reactions,etc. Results：The observation group treatment effective rate was 92.5%,significantly higher than that of control group 75%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;Observation group NIHSS and BI score than control group obviously improved after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;Observation group after treatment whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,fibrinogen,platelet and hematocrit hemodynamic index was improved obviously,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;The complication rate of observation group compared with control group,no significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion：In accordance with edaravone in combination lamps,the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is safe and effective,and can significantly improve the patient＇s neurologic and daily life ability,reduce blood viscosity,have positive clinical significance.
