胆汁反流性胃炎应用疏肝化瘀和胃汤治疗临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Bile Reflux Gastritis Using Soothe the Liver Resolve Stasis and Harmonize the Stomach Decoction Treatment

目的:探讨胆汁反流性胃炎应用疏肝化瘀和胃汤治疗的临床效果分析。方法:选择2013年10月—2014年10月在我院内科门诊治疗的70例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组应用疏肝化瘀和胃汤治疗,3个疗程后比较两组患者的治疗效果、症状积分、胆汁反流程度、胃黏膜改善程度等。结果:观察组治疗有效率为94.29%,明显高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃脘灼痛、反酸、嘈杂、恶心呕吐、口苦纳差等症状积分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胆汁反流程度较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在胃黏膜炎症改善程度方面无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:胆汁反流性胃炎应用疏肝化瘀和胃汤治疗疗效显著,对快速改善临床症状,减轻胆汁反流程度,改善胃黏膜,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of bile reflux gastritis using Soothe the Liver Resolve Stasis and Harmonize the Stomach decoction treatment. Methods：The choice of 2013 october-2014 years in the treatment of outpatient department of internal medicine in october our hospital treatment of 70 cases of bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into two groups,the control group treated by routine Western medicine,the observation group used Soothe the Liver Resolve Stasis and Harmonize the Stomach decoction treatment,after 3 courses,comparison of two groups of patients the treatment effect,symptom score,severity of bile reflux,gastric mucosa improved degree. Results：The observation group treatment efficiency was 94.29%,significantly higher than the control group 80%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;The observation group Weiwan burning,acid regurgitation,nausea and vomiting,noisy,bitter mouth anorexia symptom scores significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;Bile reverse flow of the observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;The two groups in the gastric inflammation improve the degree of no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Bile reflux gastritis application effect of Soothe the Liver Resolve Stasis and Harmonize the Stomach decoction treatment significantly,can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms,to alleviate the severity of bile reflux,improvement of gastric mucosa,it has positive clinical significance.
