丹参酮对冠心病患者血液动力学指标及血脂水平的影响

The Effect of Tan on Indicators and Blood Lipid Levels in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨丹参酮对冠心病患者血液动力学指标、血脂水平的影响。方法:将92例冠心病患者分为观察组及对照组各46例,对照组患者采用常规溶栓性治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用丹参酮IIA磺酸钠治疗。结果:观察组治疗后ESR、Fb、nbl、nbh水平显著低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平显著低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论:丹参酮IIA磺酸钠能有效改善冠心病患者溶栓后早期再灌注损伤患者的血流及血脂水平,对心肌起到良好的保护作用,促进患者预后。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Tan on hemodynamics in patients with coronary heart disease index,lipid levels. Methods：92 cases of coronary heart disease patients were divided into observation group（n=46）and control group（n=46）.The control group were treated with conventional thrombolytic therapy,The observation group were treated with tanshinone IIA sodium. Results：The levels of ESR,Fb,nbl,nbh of observation group were lower than in the control group after treatment（P0.05）. The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C of observation group were lower those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion：Tanshinone IIA sodium can effectively improve after thrombolysis in patients with coronary heart disease early reperfusion of blood flow and blood lipid levels in patients with damage to the myocardium play a good role in protecting and promoting patient prognosis.
