辨证施护对COPD患者生存质量和肺功能的影响研究

The Effect of Dialectical Nursing on Quality of Life and Lung Function in COPD Patients

目的:探讨辨证施护对COPD患者生存质量和肺功能的影响。方法:选择我院2012年2月—2013年8月收治的240例COPD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表分为观察组与对照组,其中,观察组120例患者采用辨证施护,而对照组120例患者则采用常规护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组患者的肺功能指标以及生存质量各指标均较对照组患者出现了明显改善,组间差异具有统计学意义。结论:辨证施护对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者具有较为明显的效果,有利于增强患者的体质,改善患者的免疫功能,提高机体的抗病能力,促进患者病情改善,从而提高患者的生存质量。

Objective：To investigate the effects of dialectical nursing on quality of life and lung function in COPD patients. Methods：240 COPD patients were included in the study,in which 120 cases of the observation group were treated with dialectical nursing,while the control group of 120 patients the use of routine care,nursing effect two groups were compared. Results：After treatment,pulmonary function and quality of life of patients each index in the observation group than in the control group patients had significantly improved,a statistically significant difference between groups. Conclusion：Nursing syndrome in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease have a more significant effect,boosting the patient＇s body,improve the immune function of patients,improve the body＇s resistance to disease,and promote improved patient condition,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
