摘要 用摩擦系数试验机测试了4种表面处理状态(镀锌不上油、镀锌上油、磷化上油、发黑(氧化)上油)的螺栓摩擦系数与轴向力之间的关系。试验结果表明:不同表面处理状态螺栓的摩擦系数不同,相同扭矩下的轴向力相差很大。将试验结果应用于汽车螺栓装配中,解决了松脱、断裂的工程问题。 The relationship between friction coefficient and axial force of the bolts at four kinds of surface treatment condition (galvanized unoiled, galvanized oiled, phosphated oiled, black oxide oiled ) is tested by the frictional coefficient testing machine. The result shows that the frictional coefficient of bolt is differ- ent at different surface treatment condition, and axial force also varies greatly under the same torque. Ap- plying experimental results to assembly of automobile bolt, engineering problems of loosening and fracture can be solved.
