摘要
起落架连接螺栓在服役过程中发生断裂,通过对断裂螺栓进行材质、工艺、断口、金相组织、能谱等分析,找出其断裂失效原因.结果表明起落架连接螺栓的开裂性质为应力腐蚀开裂,腐蚀性元素为氯离子,1Cr17Ni2螺栓在400~580℃回火后,碳化物在晶界析出,降低了材料的抗腐蚀性能,是造成螺栓断裂的主要原因.
The connection bolt of undercarriage is broken dring keeping in service. According to analysis of material, processing, fracture, metallographic structure and energy spectrum of the broken bolt, the rea- son of fracture is found. The result shows that the crscking character of connection bolt is strain corrosion crscking, and the corrosive element is chloridion. After tempering at 400 to 580℃, the carbide precipi- tates at the grain boundary in 1Crl7Ni2 steel connection bolt, so that the corrosion resistance of this mate- rial be reduced, which is the main fractured reason of bolt.
