加强校企合作 促进保险业基层人才队伍建设

Promote the Insurance Grassroots Team Building by Strengthening School-enterprise Cooperation

现阶段,在中国保险行业的基层公司,人才紧缺是普遍存在的问题,这已经严重影响了基层公司的建设与发展。在充分调查研究的基础上,本文提出了加强校企合作的思路,即联合招生、共同培养、对口上岗等,既能解决大学生就业难的问题,又能有效促进基层保险公司人才队伍建设。

Nowadays, the lack of talents is industry, which badly affects the construction and a common problem for the grassroots companies in insurance development of grassroots insurance companies. On the basis of wide investigation, this paper puts forward the strategy of school - enterprise cooperation, i.e. recruit the students jointly, train the students jointly and give the job according to the training, which can not only solve the problem of college students＇ employment, but also promote the team building of insurance grassroots companies.
