保险条款体例是指保险条款的结构安排和表现形式,体现着保险合同的特色和价值。本文通过考察保险条款中"结构体例不适、编制体例不当、逻辑体例不足"等缺陷,提出构建保险条款体例与"法条的匹配度、内容的适应度、险种的切合度"等指引,厘清并实现保险条款"形式和内容的内在统一、外观与内核的高度统一、程序性要件与实质性要件的合理统一"体例模式。

This paper investigates the defects in insurance clause such as the improper structure and style, insufficient logic and etc. , puts forward insurance clause style construction guideline of matching law, adapting to content, fitting products, clarifies and realizes the insurance clause style unity between form and content, externality and internality, procedural and substantive element.
