我国保险人才供求的结构性失衡分析 被引量:2

摘要 保险人才的"不够用、不适用、不被用",已成为我国保险业发展过程的一个"短板"。本文对我国保险人才供求的结构性失衡进行了研究,指出了我国保险人才在学历结构、层次结构和专业结构三个方面存在的显著问题,并进一步提出,应加快构建多层次人才教育体系,实现保险人才的分层次培养和"宽口径"教学,并加强学界与业界的联系,充分利用保险行业协会实施精英人才培训计划。 The talent shortage has become a drag on development of China' s insurance industry. The pa- per makes an analysis on the present situation and the underlying causes of the structural disequilibrium of de- mand and supply for the country' s insurance talents and concludes that there exists three kinds of disequilibrium on educational background, levels of talents and vocational structure due to reasons of backward higher education and the homogeneity of graduates the current education system produced, etc. Consequently, it ' s urgent to es- tablish multi -level education system, to initiate a hierarchical education plan for on -campus students and to introduce wide range curriculum resource. It's also necessary to stress the connection between the education field and the insurance industry and start elite training program while giving full play to the role of industrial asso- ciations.
