小儿反复呼吸道感染的穴位贴敷方剂用药规律分析

Analysis on Composition Principles of Acupoint Prescriptions for Treating Recurrent Respiratory Infection

目的:用中医传承辅助系统软件(V2.5),研究穴位贴敷治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的方剂,总结用药规律。方法:筛选CNKI中穴位贴敷治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的方剂,录入中医传承辅助系统,构建数据库,利用软件的数据挖掘功能,分析小儿反复呼吸道感染的组方规律。结果:共收集41首方剂,明确了处方中药物出现的频次及5味核心药物。结论:小儿反复呼吸道感染的治疗应以宣肺平喘,祛痰利气,散寒逐饮,益气扶正为主要治法。白芥子、细辛、生姜、甘遂、延胡索为治疗本病的核心药物。

Objective： To analyze the composition principles of acupoint prescriptions for treating recurrent respiratory infec- tion using TCM inheritance system. Method： The acupoint prescriptions used for recurrent respiratory infection in the system of CNKI were collected, and then the prescriptions were typed into the TCM inheritance system, and built a database. With the data mining function of the software, the author analyzed the composing principles. Results： 41 prescriptions were collected, 5 core drugs were mined from the database. Conclusion： The treatment of child recurrent respiratory infection should be based on freeing lung and relieving asthma, expectorant, dispelling cold and Zhu Yin, and invigorating Qi. The main drugs were Baijiezi （semen brassicae）, Xixin （asarum）, Shengjiang （ginger）, gansui （euphorbia kansui）, and Yanhusuo （rhizoma eorydalis）.
