康复理疗联合中药汤治疗脑梗死后遗症的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Rehabilitation Therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction in the Treatment of Sequelae of Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨康复理疗联合活血化瘀中药汤治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床效果。方法:将86例脑梗死后遗症患者随机分成2组,治疗组43例给予活血化瘀中药汤和康复理疗治疗,对照组43例仅采用康复理疗。比较两组的脑血管血液流变动力学指标水平。结果:治疗组治疗后的血液黏稠性指标水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的血流速度、椎动脉血流量均明显大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的脑血管弹性、通畅性及其自身调节功能均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康复理疗联合活血化瘀中药汤能够改善脑梗死后遗症的脑血管功能、降低血液黏稠性,提高治疗效果。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of rehabilitation therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of cerebral infarction sequela. Method： The 86 patients with cerebral infarction sequelae were randomly divided into 2 groups, 43 cases in treatment group were treated with TCM decoction for activating blood circulation and rehabilitation physio- therapy, while the 43 cases in control group were only cured with rehabilitation therapy. The indexes of cerebral blood flow dy- namics in two groups were compared. Results： The indexes of blood viscosity in observation group after treatment were signifi- candy lower than those in the control group（P〈O.05）; the blood velocity and blood flow of vertebral artery after treatment in ob- servation group were obviously higher than control group （P〈0.05）; the cerebral vascular elasticity, smooth and its adjustment function after treatment in observation group were evidently better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Rehabilitation Therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction can improve the sequelae of cerebral infarction＇s cerebral vascu- lar function, reduce the blood viscosity and improve the therapeutic effect.
