摘要
构建区域职业教育"教科研共同体"是职业教育科研成果转化为教学生产力的必然要求。对杭州市职业教育"教科研共同体"的内涵特征、运行模式和保障机制进行案例剖析,发现职业教育"教科研共同体"的构建在充分发挥教研机构职能、促进教科研方式转变、加速学校内部教研组织形式的变革、促进教师专业成长等方面取得了较大突破,最终促进了学生职业能力的培养。
In turning the education and research achievements into productivity, the construction of "education and research community" stands a necessary requirement. Through case analysis, we explored the inherent characters, operating models and supporting mechanisms of "education and research community" in Hangzhou, Results showed that "education and research community" helps educational institutions fully perform their functions and facilitate the process of changing ways of educating and researching. Moreover, it also promotes the reformation of in-school organization of education; meanwhile, it accelerating the development of teachers' professional skills. All in all, it is beneficial for the cultivation of students' vocational skills.
