财政部副部长朱光耀:中国经济进一步企稳 下半年将适当扩大财政赤字

2015年上半年，我国经济在增速放缓的同时，经济发展质量得到进一步提高。M2增速开始显著回升，资本市场热度持续，房地产市场亦再度出现活跃迹象。而这样的局面与我国今年实施的积极财政政策密切相关。

In an interview with China Economic Weekly.China's vice finance minister Zhu Guangyao said China's fiscal policy will remain proactive going forward,moreover,the deficit may will slightly increase in2015 2H.The finance ministry is forging ahead with fiscal reforms in a bid to deal with the root cause of local government debt piles that have amounted to more than $3 trillion.He also said the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank,Beijing's planned alternative to other global infrastructure banks such as the Asia Development Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
