摘要
分析了用户侧微电网的特征、基本结构及其面临的挑战,在此基础上总结提炼了用户侧微电网待解决的关键技术,包括运行模式与经济评价方法、供电模式与规划设计方法、双向计量与监控技术、控制与保护技术、优化运行与能效管理技术,以及光伏/储能微电网系统平台和关键设备的研发。这些技术有利于打好用户侧微电网商业运营的基础,提升用户服务质量和供电可靠性,实现微电网的并网与规模化发展以及安全稳定运行。
The characteristics,basic topologies and facing challenges of user-side microgrids( USMG) are introduced in this paper.Then the key technologies are put forward and discussed,including economic and operation mode evaluation,optimal planning methods,bi-directional metering and monitoring technology,control and protection,optimal power flow,energy management scheme,and research and development of the key devices. With these key technologies,the commerical foundation of USMG operation will be solided; the stability,power supply quality and customer service of USMG will be enhanced; and the large scale development and intergration of USMG will be possible.
