摘要
用户侧微电网高渗透率接入加大了配电系统运行的灵活性,但原有的配电网优化配置方法已不能为新环境下的网络提供高效有力的规划支撑。针对这一问题,综合考虑高渗透率微电网接入对配电网造成的经济性和稳定性影响,本文以系统收益最大化和电压偏差最小化为优化目标,提出了一种新型的用户侧微电网高渗透率接入配电网的选址定容配置方法。在考虑微电网运行特性的基础上,设计了两种微电网控制方案,考虑了昼夜和季节对运行方式的影响,提高了优化配置的准确程度。以IEEE 33节点系统为例,通过计算验证了该方法能够为用户侧微电网高渗透率接入配电网的规划提供有效支持。
With a large number of user-side microgrid embedded into the distrubution network,the network becomes more flexible to operation,but the original optimal planning methods can be no longer adapted to the newenvironment. By considering the economy and stability impact of microgrids with high penetration on the distribution network,and taking the system maximum profit and the minimum voltage deviation as the optimization goal,a newoptimal allocation method is proposed. The locations of point of common coupling( PCC) and capacities of microgrids are optimized under two different operation modes. Besides,the differences of operation characteristics of microgrid owing to season change and day-night change are also taken into consideration at the calculation of microgrid operation benefits and system voltage variation. Simulation results on an IEEE 33 node system prove the effectiveness of the proposed method in improving microgrid operation efficiency and supporting distribution system planning.
