摘要
为深入研究特快速瞬态过电压(very fast transient overvoltage,VFTO)和特快速瞬态电流(very fast transient current,VFTC)的波形特性,以及隔离开关运动速度对二者幅值的影响,采用一套可调节开关运动速度的252 k V气体绝缘组合电器(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)试验回路,对隔离开关分合闸操作中产生的特快速瞬态波形进行了试验研究。获得了VFTO、VFTC的单次击穿波形特征、单次击穿统计特性、波形的频率成分、全过程波形特征、全过程统计特性和残余电压统计特性。分析了开关运动速度对VFTO、VFTC幅值的影响,结果表明,随着开关速度的提高,击穿次数会降低,从而降低出现大幅值VFTO、VFTC的几率。
Experimental study on very fast transient overvoltage(VFTO), very fast transient current(VFTC) in gas insulated switchgear(GIS) is helpful for simulation modeling and therefore important. To get enough data for research on the characteristics, a large amount of experiments were carried out on a real size 252 kV GIS testing platform. On this basis, the characteristics of overall waveform and single breakdown waveform of VFTO/VFTC are analyzed, as well as the frequency components of the waveform and the characteristics of the residual voltage after opening operation. Finally, the influence of the switching speed on VFTO, VFTC is discussed. The results shows that with increasing switching speed, the number of breakdown in one operation reduces, and the occurrence possibility of large amplitude VFTO, VFTC decreases.
