Preparation and Study of PBS/Starch Composites

摘要 采用增塑剂对淀粉进行表面改性处理,然后通过熔融共混法制备了偶联剂改性的聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)/淀粉复合材料,研究了淀粉用量、改性剂种类和添加量对该复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:适宜改性助剂的添加提高了淀粉颗粒在PBS基体中的分散性以及二者的界面结合强度,进而有效改善了PBS/淀粉复合材料的力学性能。 The starch was surface modified by plasticizer at first, then the polybutylene succinate(PBS)/starch composites(modified with coupling agent) were prepared by melt blending method. The influences of srarch content, the sort and quantity of the modified additives on mechanical properties of the PBS/starch composites were studied. The results show that: the dispersibility of starch particles in PBS matrix and the interfacial adhesion between starch particles and PBS increase by adding a suitable content of additives, and the mechanical properties of the PBS/starch composites improve effectively.
