摘要
在我国目前学分银行的建设实践过程中,还存在学籍有效期、学习成果兑换和教育结果公平等深层次障碍。针对学习成果积累和兑换中存在的矛盾提出"课程折旧"概念,在学分银行系统的课程编码中设置"课程折旧系数位"并在学习成果的积累和兑换过程中加以应用,以解决学年学分制中的学籍有效期与终身学习系统学习持续终身、学科知识更新与学习成果终身有效之间的矛盾,实现学分银行中学习者的学习成果能够长期有效认定、积累和转换,促进实现教育结果公平。
There are some issues in the credit bank construction, such as contradictions between registration validity, learning outcomes exchange and educational equality to be addressed. The author proposes the conception of "course depreciation" for these burning issues. In practice, "course depreciation digit" in the credit bank course code is set and and applied in ther process of accumulation and exchange. The paper states that this approach can address the problems between lifelong registration validity, lifelong learning outcomes exchange and continuous knowledge updating and it is also beneficial to learning outcomes accumulation and exchange, personnel training, and educational equality.
