摘要
学分银行功能及建构的调研结果显示,绝大部分人群认可"开展学习成果认证"和"在学分银行中获取学分",对正规和非正规学习成果获得认证期望度高;"认证学分"、"登注学分"和"存储学分"被认为是学分银行最重要的功能;在"借贷学分"和"实现借贷学分功能"的看法上,认为应该"依托社会诚信体系建立个人学习信用评价等级制度"实施;在国家层面统一设立学分银行和颁发学分的期望度最高,但认为应注意统一性和灵活性的结合;学分银行服务机构的地点应该满足大众随时存取的需求;学分银行的功能应该多元化;对学分银行中的学分可兑换成学历文凭证书、学位证书、资格证书等需求最强烈;认为最适合互通学分的是职业院校与普通高校之间和职业院校与成人院校之间。
The author conducted a questionaire research on function and construction of credit bank in Sichuan.The findings are the followings: the idea that"carrying out certification of outcomes" and "obtaining credit from credit bank", and obtaining formal or non-formal outcomes are generally accepted; "credit certification of', "credit logging ", and "credit saving" are regarded as the most important functions of credit bank. In terms of functions of debit of credit, most respondents think that they should be depended on society honesty system and evaluation rating system of personal learning credit should be established too; the respondents have high expectation on setting credit bank on national level; the location of "deposit or withdrawn" should meet learners' demands at any time; credit bank should have multi-functions; exchange credit for all kinds of certificates is universally accepted.
