时间管理倾向与病理性网络使用的关系：网络自我控制的中介作用

Mediation Role of Self-control in Internet Use between Time Management Disposition and Pathological Internet Use

采用青少年病理性互联网使用量表、时间管理倾向量表、大学生网络自我控制量表对443名大学生进行调查,考察了时间管理倾向、网络自我控制与病理性网络使用之间的关系及其作用机制。结果表明:(1)时间管理倾向各维度与网络自我控制显著正相关;时间管理倾向各维度、网络自我控制与病理性网络使用显著负相关;(2)网络自我控制在时间监控观对病理性网络使用的影响中起部分中介作用;而网络自我控制在时间价值感、时间效能感对病理性网络使用的影响中起完全中介作用。

In order to investigate the relationship and mechanism of time management disposition, self-control ability in internet use and pathological internet use, a sample of 443 college students were assessed with Adolescence Time Management Disposition Inventory, Adolescent Pathological Internet Use Scale and the Scale about Self- control Ability in Internet Use. Results suggest： I） Three dimensions of time management disposition were posi- tively correlated with self-control in internet use; every dimension of time management disposition and self-con- trol in internet use were negatively correlated with pathological internet use; 2） self-control in internet use was partially mediated the relationship between the sense of time control and pathological internet use; however, self- control in internet use play a full mediation role between the sense of time efficacy, the sense of time value and pathological internet use.
