丹麦职业教育模式的特色及其对我国的启示 被引量:1

摘要 丹麦的职业教育起步较早,在大致经过了五个发展阶段后,其职业教育已基本成熟,培养的学生能适应社会要求,人才诉求与岗位要求实现了匹配。文章主要阐述现今丹麦政府在鼓励本国职业教育发展方面采取的举措,并对其职业教育成功经验进行了总结,结合我国职业教育发展的实际情况,归纳了有助于促进我国职业教育发展的改革措施。
