联系数的一种新的取值方法及其应用

摘要 探讨了联系数与直觉模糊数的区别与联系,利用联系数的特性对直觉模糊集中不确定性部分进行剖析,并在分析联系数取值方法的基础上,利用IF点算子提出新的联系数的取值方法,最后结合实例对该方法的可行性进行了验证说明。这种取值方法对直觉模糊集的犹豫度(不确定性)进行了更准确、更细致的挖掘,大大提高了不确定性问题的可靠性。将该方法应用于直觉模糊多属性决策问题中,以联系数数值的形式给出直觉模糊指标的转换值,得到一个以精确值为指标值的决策指标,减少了决策的难度,为直觉模糊多属性决策问题提供新的思考途径。 The connection and difference of the contact number and intuitionistic fuzzy number is discussed,the characteristics of contact number are used to analyze the uncertainty of intuitionistic fuzzy sets.On the basis of contact number's accessormethods,a IF point-operator is used,a new method is put forward.In this method,the hesitation of intuitionistic fuzzy sets(uncertainty)in more accurately and more detailedly studied,the reliability of uncertainty problems is greatly improved.This method is applied to intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making problems,in the form of contact number,aprecise value indicator is obtained,the difficulty of the decision is reduced,it provides a new thinking way for intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making problems.The feasibility of the method is verified by the example.
