水溶性离子对聚合物-有机铬凝胶体系性能的影响研究 被引量:8

摘要 用不同离子的水溶液配制聚合物溶液,加入自制有机铬交联剂,形成聚合物-有机铬凝胶体系,考察不同水溶性离子对聚合物凝胶体系成胶性能的影响。聚合物-有机铬凝胶体系配方为:聚合物质量浓度为0.15g/L,交联剂质量浓度为0.2g/L。随着NaCl质量浓度的增加,凝胶体系的成胶时间会明显降低,当NaCl质量浓度超过40g/L时,凝胶强度会变弱;Ca2+、Mg2+会影响聚合物分子线团尺寸,导致成胶时间缩短,凝胶强度降低;Fe2+、S2-会引起聚合物分子降解,严重破坏凝胶形成,其中Fe2+氧化形成的Fe3+会占据聚合物分子链上的交联点从而阻碍凝胶形成。 A polymer solution is prepared by using different ionic aqueous solutions,the self-made organic chromium(Ⅲ)crosslinking agent is added to it,the organic chromium(Ⅲ)/polymer recombination gel is obtained at constant temperature of50℃.The effect of water-soluble ions on organic chromium(Ⅲ)/polymer gel performance is studied.The formula of the organic chromium(Ⅲ)/polymer gel system is determined,which includes 1.5‰ polymer and 2‰crosslinking agent.The results show that when the concentration of NaCl exceeds 40.0mg/L,the gel strength decrease,the gelation time is shortened as a result of the value of Ca2+/Mg2+.Also,the gel strength would be greatly affected.Polymer degradation is induced by Fe2+and S2-,thus the gelation would be seriously destroyed.Fe3+,which is formed by the oxidation of Fe2+would occupy the crosslinking point on the molecular chain to prevent the gel formation.
