大学生全程导师制是高校教育管理制度改革的新举措。本文以天津科技大学食品工程与生物技术学院为例,从全程导师制的实施内容、基本特点、相互关系、现实问题以及有效实施等方面进行了全面剖析,为学院的教育教学改革提供理论支撑。

The four-year tutorial model for cultivating university students is a reform of the educational management system of colleges and universities. This article, taking the College of Food Engineering and Biotechnology of Tianjin University of Science and Technology as an example, discussed the practice, the content, the basic characteristics, and the implementation of the tutorial system, aiming to provide a theoretical support for the educational reform and teaching of the college, as well as some reference for other colleges and universities.
