The teaching quality of the course, Introduction to Food Biotechnology, was obviously improved through rebuilding knowledge structure, integrating the contents of the course, making proper use of teaching strategies and employing various curriculum evaluation methods, which has created an environment for effective teaching, inspired students＇ interest in learning and enhanced developmental evaluation.
