8例妇女围生期心肌病护理体会

Reflections on Nursing Care Experience of Eight Cases of Peripartum Cardiomyopathy

针对具有心肌收缩功能障碍和充血性心力衰竭的临床特征的8例围生期心肌病患者,制定护理计划,采用产前检查、病情观察、用药观察及护理、预防血栓、饮食护理和预防感染等护理措施后,患者均好转出院,平均住院时间25 d,最长40 d,最短15 d。积极有效的护理措施,使患者临床症状得以缓解和消除,减少了治疗时间,降低了医疗费用,提高了患者的生活质量。

For 8 patients with peripartum cardiomyopathy, nursing measures such as prenatal diagnosis, disease observation, medication observation and nursing, thrombus prevention, diet nursing and infection prevention were adopted in view of the clinical features of cardiac contractile dysfunction congestive heart failure. All the patients became better and discharged from the hospital. The patients＇ average length of stay are 25 days,40 days maximum and 15 days minimum. The positive and effective nursing measures enable patients＇ clinical symptoms to relieve and eliminate, which can decrease the time of therapy, reduce medical expenses and im- prove the patients＇life quality.
