Research of relationship among OSAHS, nitric oxide and pulmonary artery

摘要 OSAHS引发的反复低氧/再氧合导致的肺动脉压增高与许多细胞因子有关,其中一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)对调节肺动脉的功能和结构发挥着重要的作用,成为近年来研究的热点。OSAHS可引起慢性间断性缺氧,导致NO的含量降低,后者通过影响肺血管紧张度和肺动脉结构参与肺动脉高压的形成。本文就OSAHS对NO、肺动脉的影响及三者间的关系作一综述。 Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) characterized by repeated hypoxia/reoxygenation causes pulmonary arterial hypertension,which is corresponded with numerous cytokines.Among these cytokines,nitric oxide (NO)plays an important role in maintaining the structure and function of the pulmonary artery and has attracted great attentions in science research.Decreasing concentration of NO caused by repeated hypoxia/reoxygenation may influence the vascular tone and the structure of pulmonary artery,and be involved in the development of pulmonary hypertension.In this review,the relationships among OSAHS,NO and pulmonary artery are summarized.
