摘要
目的:探讨抗精神病药物治疗对精神分裂症患者血清催乳素水平的影响。方法选取2013年1月~2014年1月北京民康医院收治的181例单一使用抗精神病药物进行治疗的精神分裂症患者,进行血清催乳素检测,并结合年龄及性别等人口学及其他基本资料进行分析。结果不同的抗精神病药物对患者血清催乳素水平影响不同,利培酮跃氯丙嗪跃氯氮平跃喹硫平跃阿立哌唑,服用利培酮的患者其血清催乳素水平显著高于其他药物(P〈0.01)。单因素方差分析结果表明,男性患者中不同年龄段的催乳素水平差异有高度统计学意义(F=9.12,P〈0.01),而在女性患者中不同年龄段的催乳素水平差异无统计学意义(F=1.29,P〉0.05)。将抗精神病药物对血清催乳素水平的影响进行Kruskal-Wallis H检验,结果表明药物主效应差异有高度统计学意义(Z=109.19,P〈0.01)。结论不同的抗精神病药物治疗对催乳素水平的影响存在差异,这为临床抗精神病药物的选择提供了依据。
Objective To explore the effect of various antipsychotic medications on serum prolactin levels in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 181 patients with a single use of antipsychotic drugs for treatment admitted to Beijing Minkang Hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected. The serum prolactin levels of all patients were tested and analyzed combined with the age, sex and other demographic variables. Results The influence for the serum prolactin level of different antipsychotics was different, the rank order of the strength of the association between the an-tipsychotic drug and serum prolactin were Risperidone〉Chloropromazine〉Clozapine〉Quetiapine〉Aripiprazole, and the serum prolactin level of patients treated by Risperidone was significantly higher than other ntipsychotic medications (P〈0.01). Single factor analysis of variance results showed that there was a significant difference in the prolactin levels of different ages in female patients (F=9.12, P〈 0.01), but there was no significant difference in the prolactin levels of different ages in male patients (F= 1.29, P> 0.05). The result of Kruskal-Wallis H test for for the effect of antipsy-chotic drugs on serum prolactin levels showed that the main effect of drug was significant (Z=109.19, P〈0.01). Con-clusion Serum prolactin levels with different antipsychotic treatments are different, which provides a basis for the choice of antipsychotic drugs for the clinical use.
