Establishment of the regional informational clinical biobank

生物样本库是一种集中保存各种人类生物材料,用于疾病临床治疗和生命科学研究的生物应用系统。随着我国卫生信息化网络工程建设的推进,以卫生信息平台为基础的生物样本库数据平台也即将得到快速发展,为我国转化医学事业的发展提供资源保障。本文就我国生物样本库建设发展现状进行简述,同时阐述成都市区域性信息化临床生物样本库的建设和重要性及其对拓展样本利用、推动转化医学发展的重大意义。

Biobank is an application system saving many kinds of biologic materials which can be used for clinical therapy and life science research. With the development of the health information network project, informational clinical biobanks data platform will grow up quickly and they offer much resource for developing of translational medicine in China. Here, this article describes the current situation of biobank construction briefly. In additionally, sketches the importance of constructing of the informational Chengdu City regional biobank platform. Completing this regional clini-cal biobank construction, can expand the biologic sample utility and promote the development of translational medicine.
