润燥止痒胶囊联合UVB治疗银屑病的效果及对T细胞亚群水平的影响

Curative effect of Runzao Zhiyang Capsule combined with UVB in the treatment of psoriasis and the effect to T cell subset level

目的评价润燥止痒胶囊联合UVB治疗寻常性银屑病的临床效果及对外周血T细胞亚群水平的影响。方法选择2013年2月~2014年11月在钦州市第二人民医院皮肤科门诊诊治的寻常性银屑病患者60例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用润燥止痒胶囊联合UVB治疗,对照组仅UVB照射治疗;比较两组患者治疗后的效果,并测定治疗前后T细胞亚群水平的变化。结果治疗2个月后,治疗组痊愈13例,显效12例,无效2例,总有效率为83.3%;对照组痊愈7例,显效11例,无效10例,总有效率为60.0%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.022,P<0.05);治疗前两组T细胞亚群水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组和对照组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平上升,与治疗前比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组较对照组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平升高明显,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合UVB治疗寻常性银屑病在增强疗效的同时还能纠正患者T细胞亚群的失衡状态,疗效安全、可靠,并能减少UVB治疗时的不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Runzao Zhiyang Capsule combined with UVB in treat-ing psoriasis vulgaris and the effect to T cell subset level. Methods 60 cases of psoriasis vulgaris suffering patients treated in Department of Dermatology in the Second People＆#39;s Hospital of Qinzhou City from February 2013 to Novem-ber 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. Runzao Zhiyang Capsule combined with UVB treatment was applied to the treatment group, while only UVB irradiation was ap-plied to the control group. The curative effect of the two groups after treatment was compared and the changes of T cell subset levels before and after treatment were measured. Results After two months of treatment, in the treatment group, 13 cases were healed, 12 cases showed effect, and 2 cases had no effect, the total effective rate of treatment group was 83.3%, in the control group, 7 cases were healed, 11 cases showed effect, and 10 cases had no effect, the total effective rate of control group was 60.0%, The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （χ2=4.022, P〈 0.05）. Before treatment, the T cell subset levels between the two groups were compared, there were no statistically significant differences （P〉0.05）. After treatment, CD3＋, CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋levels of the treatment group and control group rose;compared with those before treatment, there were statistically significant differences （P〈 0.01）. CD3＋, CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋levels of the treatment group rose higher than those of the control group, there were statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion While Runzao Zhiyang Capsule combined with UVB enhances the curative effect in treating psoriasis vulgaris, it can also rectify the imbalance of the patients＇T cell subsets. The curative effect is safe and reliable, and it can reduce the adverse reactions while receiving UVB treatment.
