微小RNA与外周免疫耐受

摘要 阴性选择在建立外周免疫耐受过程中发挥重要作用,部分自身反应性T淋巴细胞能逃避阴性选择到达外周淋巴器官,机体会通过外周免疫耐受机制来抑制这些T淋巴细胞的活性。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)通过在转录后水平调控基因表达在免疫系统中发挥重要作用。最近的研究发现,miRNAs在外周免疫耐受的建立和维持过程中发挥着重要作用。miRNAs可通过调控T细胞的发育和成熟、Tregs的功能、DCs的发育与成熟及共刺激分子的表达等多个方面来调控外周免疫耐受。 Negative selection is critical for establishment of peripheral immune tolerance.Part of self-reactive T lymphocytes can escape negative selection and arrive at peripheral lymphoid organs.The activation of these self-reactive T cells will be inhibited through peripheral tolerance mechanisms.MicroRNAs (miRNAs)play an important role in immune system by post-transcriptionally regulates gene expression.Recent research has found that miRNAs participated the establishment and maintenance of peripheral immune tolerance.miRNAs regulate peripheral immune tolerance by controling the development and maturation of T cells and DCs,the function of Tregs,and the expression of co-stimulatory molecules.
