缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效

The clinical effect of valsartan in treating essential hypertension

目的探讨缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月—2013年2月自贡市第三人民医院收治的原发性高血压患者200例,随机分为研究组与对照组,各100例。研究组患者予以缬沙坦治疗,对照组患者予以氢氯噻嗪片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效(舒张压、收缩压、踝臂指数、臂-踝脉搏波传导速度)及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者收缩压、舒张压、臂-踝脉搏波传导速度、踝臂指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组患者臂-踝脉搏波传导速度快于对照组,踝臂指数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效显著,可有效控制患者血压,改善大动脉弹性,促进患者康复。

Objective To study the clinical effect of valsartan in treating essential hypertension. Methods A total of 200 patients with essential hypertension were selected in the Third People＆#39;s Hospital of Zigong from January 2012 to February 2012,and they were randomly divided into research group and control group,each group of 100 cases. Research group was trea-ted with valsartan,control group was treated with hydrochlorothiazide. Clinical effect（ DBP,SBP,ABI,brachial - ankle pulse wave velocity）and adverse reactions between the two groups were observed. Results Before treatment,DBP,SBP, ABI and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity showed no significant differences between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）,after treat-ment,DBP and SBP showed no significant differences between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）,brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity of research group was faster than control group,ABI of research group was higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）,had not been serious adverse reaction in two groups. Conclusion Valsartan has notable curative effect in the treatment of essential hyperten-sion,can effectively control blood pressure,improve the elasticity of the arteries and promote patients＆#39;recovery.
