血栓通辅助治疗骨外伤的疗效观察

Curative effect of Xueshuantong in adjuvant treatment of bone trauma

目的探讨血栓通辅助治疗骨外伤的疗效。方法选取都昌县中医院2013年7月—2014年7月收治的46例骨外伤患者,将患者随机分成观察组与对照组,每组23例。两组患者均给予手法复位或者手术切开复位,对照组辅以活血止痛胶囊治疗,观察组辅以静脉滴注血栓通粉针治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效及愈合时间。结果观察组总有效率(91.30%)高于对照组(82.61%),愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血栓通辅助治疗骨外伤效果显著,能够缩短愈合时间,提升疗效。

Objective To study the curative effect of Xueshuantong in adjuvant treatment of bone trauma. Methods In Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Duchang County from July 2013 to July 2014,a total of 46 bone injury patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,23 cases in each group. Patients in two groups were treated with manual reduction and open reduction,the control group were treated with Huoxue Zhitong capsules as adjuvant treat-ment,observation group were treated with Xueshuantong as adjuvant treatment. The curative effect and healing time between the the two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate of the observation group（91. 30%）was higher than control group （83. 33%）,healing time was shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclu-sion Xueshuantong in adjuvant treatment of bone trauma has satisfied effect,can shorten the healing time,improve curative effect.
