Stoppa术式在剖宫产手术联合疝修补中的应用

Application of Stoppa herniorrhaphy in caesarean operation combined with hernia repair

目的探讨应用Stoppa术式治疗施行剖宫产手术并同时合并有腹股沟疝的患者。方法选取吉林大学第二医院2011年9月至2014年9月,行剖宫产手术并同时应用Stoppa手术行腹股沟疝修补术患者14例,观察手术时间、住院时间、并发症及复发情况。结果所有患者均恢复良好,单侧疝修补手术耗时（从腹膜关闭后开始至补片固定完毕）平均18 min,对患者术后住院时间与恢复正常活动时间无明显影响;术后发热1例,无切口感染或术后慢性疼痛。随访3～45个月,无疝复发。结论行剖宫产手术同时行腹膜前疝修补术,具有创伤小（单次手术、单个切口）,手术耗时短,节约治疗费用等优点,值得推广。

Objective To explore the applications and advantages of Stoppa herniorrhaphy in caesarean operation combined with hernia repair. Methods A total of 14 patients were performed of caesarean operation as well as Stoppa herniorrhaphy during the period of September 2011 to March 2015. The operating time,hospitalization stays,complications and recurrence were observed and evaluated. Results All the patients recovered well,and mean operating time was 18 minutes from the finish of peritoneum close to the end of mesh fixation. The average time of recovered postoperative activation and hospitalization stay have no significant difference with those who only received single caesarean operations. Only one patient who was found fever recovered normal body temperature 24 hours later and all the other patients had no serious complications including infection and chronic postoperative pain of inguinal region. All the patients were followed up for 3 to 45 months and no recurrence case was found. Conclusion Stoppa herniorrhaphy can be performed in the caesarean operation at the same time,and the patients can be benefit from less injury（ single incision and single operation）,less operating time and lower price.
