饱和剂量阿托伐他汀短程冲击治疗对老年高血压炎性因子表达的影响

Effect of saturated dose statins short-range impact therapy on the expression of inflammatory factors of senile hypertension

目的观察饱和剂量阿托伐他汀药物短程冲击治疗对老年高血压患者炎性因子表达的影响。方法将87例老年高血压患者随机分为观察组44例和对照组43例。观察组病患予以饱和剂量他汀类药物进行短程冲击,对照组进行一般临床治疗。比较2组临床疗效及血清hs-CRP、IL-1、IL-6水平。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清hs-CRP、IL-1及IL-6水平均低于治疗前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饱和剂量他汀类物质对老年高血压病患进行短程冲击,不仅能减少患者血清内炎性因子水平,且显著增加治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe effect of saturated dose statins short-range impact therapy on the expression of in-flammatory factors of senile hypertension .Methods 87 patients with senile hypertension were randomly divided into observa-tion group（44 cases） and control group（43 cases）.The observation group was given saturated dose statins short impact thera-py,the control group was given general clinical treatment .The clinical efficacy and serum hs-CRP,IL-1,IL-6 level between the two group were compared .Results The treatment effect of observation group was better than that of control group ,the differ-ence was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The levels of inflammatory factors of observation group were significantly reduced , and each index was lower than the control group ,the difference were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Saturat-ed dose statins in senile hypertension patients for short-range impact ,not only can reduce the serum levels of inflammatory fac-tors,but also greatly increase the treatment effect .It is worthy of clinical application .
