不同西药方案治疗门脉高压性胃病的临床疗效观察

The curative effect observation of several western medicine treatment perscription in the treatment of portal hypertensive gastropathy

目的观察不同西药方案治疗门脉高压性胃病(PHG)的临床疗效。方法将100例PHG患者随机分为4组,每组25例,分别采用奥曲肽、注射用生长抑素(思他宁)、特利加压素、垂体后叶素进行治疗,观察治疗总有效率,并评价其成本,对4组药物进行成本—效果分析。结果 4组治疗有效率依次为100%、100%、100%、72%,成本—效果比依次为18.91、29.71、55.20、0.93。结论从成本—效果方面分析药物的有效性,在药物选择方面,对于经济条件不允许且不良反应较少的患者可以适当考虑应用垂体后叶素。在患者经济条件能接受、应用此类药物效果不佳或患有药物禁忌证的条件下,可以考虑更换药物。

Objective To observe the curative effect of several western medicine treatment perscription in the treat -ment of portal hypertensive gastropathy .Methods 100 patients with portal hypertension gastropathy randomly divided into four groups,25 cases of each.Octreotide,thought Tanin,terlipressin,pituitrin treatment was used respectively in four groups ,and then observed the total efficiency of treatment and evaluated its cost ,and did the cost-effect analysis of four groups .Results The effective rate of treatment in the four groups were 100%,100%,100%,72%,and cost effectiveness ratio were 18.91, 29.71,55.20,0.93.Conclusion In the choice of drugs ,to the economic conditions do not allow and less adverse reactions of patients can be appropriate to consider the application of pituitrin .If the economic conditions of patients can accept ,as well as the effect of pituitrin is poor or lower and the patient has drug contraindications ,the other drug can be considered .
