布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘临床观察

Clinical observation of budesonide and montelukast sodium in treatment of bronchial asthma

目的观察布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘患者的临床效果。方法将2011年6月-2013年6月住院的支气管哮喘患者88例随机分为A组和B组各44例。其中A组实施常规治疗,B组在A组的基础上增加布地奈德吸入联合孟鲁司特钠口服,分别在治疗前后应用肺功能仪对2组患者的肺功能进行检测,包括用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰流速(PEFR)以及第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)。观察2组治疗后的临床效果。出院后对2组患者随访半年,比较2组患者的复发率。结果 B组的总有效率为90.91%高于A组的70.45%;治疗后2组PVC、PEFR及FEV1均高于治疗前,且B组高于A组;复发率为6.82%低于A组的22.73%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床应用布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of budesonide and montelukast sodium in treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods 88 cases of patients with bronchial asthma ,selected from June 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital,were ran-domly divided into A group and B group ,each of 44 cases.A group implemented conventional therapy .On the basis of A group, B group increased budesonide combined with montelukast sodium .Before and after treatment respectively detected lung function by spirometer for the two groups ,including forced vital capacity （ FVC） ,peak expiratory flow rate （ PEFR） and forced expiratory volume in one second （ FEV1 ） .After treatment ,observed the clinical effect of the two groups .After discharge two groups were followed up for six months , compared the recurrence rate of two groups .Results The total effective rate of B group was 90.91%higher than 70.45%of A group;after treatment,the PVC,PEFR and FEV1 of two groups were higher than those be-fore treatment,and B group higher than A group;the recurrence rate was 6.82% lower than 22.73% of A group,the differ-ences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of budesonide combined with monte-lukast sodium in treatment of bronchial asthma is distinct ,worthy of clinical popularization and application .
