会议组织中的事故致因及防范初探

办公室承担着会议组织等综合性保障事务，头绪多、容易发生差错。本文运用事件树分析法对会议组织进行了差错、事故概率分析。作者从执行偏差导致会议事故的严重后果出发，建立事故树分析，找到事故发生的割集，并结合结构重要度、概率重要度和关键重要度进行分析，提出解决的途径。最后，应用风险防范树状图展示会议组织的主要环节，强调提前做好准备工作并强调细节的重要性。

Office undertakes organization meeting and other integrated security matters, the works are lots of and easy to make mistakes. This paper analyze the conference organization error and accident probability by using event tree analysis, establishes fault tree analysis, find cutset of accident analysis from the serious consequences of conference accident of the implementation of deviation. Combined with structural importance, the probability importance and key importance to analyze, we can find the way to solve problems. Finally, using risk prevention of the tree diagram shows the main session of the conference organization, stressed that the preparatory work ahead and the importance of detail.
