血清同型半胱氨酸与冠心病的相关性及其致病机制探讨 被引量:8

摘要 目的:进一步探究并分析血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)同冠心病患者间的相关性以及其致病机理。方法:对过去一年(2014.1~2014.12)在我院内科门诊接受治疗的80例冠心病患者进行回顾研究,同时随机收集40例健康人员作为对照(NC组)。检测各组人员的血清HCY含量水平。结果:三种类型冠心病组患者血清HCY水平与健康人员比较均明显偏高,而且不同类型冠心病组患者间的血清HCY含量对比,也具有显著差异(P〈0.05)。同时,在单支、双支以及三支冠状动脉病变组中,血清HCY含量水平高低也差异明显,统计学意义显著(P〈0.05)。结论:血清HCY与人体冠心病病变情况密切相关,血清HCY含量水平的高低直接决定人体动脉粥样硬化程度,尤其对于早期冠状动脉粥样硬化,进行血清HCY检测能够有效判断患者冠心病动脉粥样硬化程度,可以及早进行预防与治疗。 Objective: To explore and analyze the correlation between homocysteine and its pathogenesis of coronary heart disease in patients with the same type between serum. Methods: Over the past year (2014.2~2015.1) in my hospital outpatient treatment of 80cases of coronary heart disease were retrospectively studied, while a random collection of40 healthy people as controls (NC group). Serum HCY levels of each group staff. Results: Three types of CHD serum HCY levels compared to patients and health workers were significantly higher, and the content of serum HCY contrast between different types of patients with coronary heart disease, but also a significant difference (P〈0.05). Meanwhile, in single, double and three coronary artery disease group, the serum levels of HCY level is also significantly different, statistically significant meaning (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Serum HCY coronary heart disease is closely related to the human body, the serum levels of HCY level directly determines the degree of atherosclerosis in humans, especially for early coronary atherosclerosis, serum HCY can effectively detect patients with coronary atherosclerosis judge hardening can be prevented with early treatment.
