加巴喷丁联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛临床疗效研究

目的：探究加巴喷丁联合尼莫地平对偏头痛的临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院2014年1～12月收治的偏头痛患者100例,分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例,对照组患者使用尼莫地平单种药物进行治疗,治疗组使用加巴喷丁与尼莫地平联合治疗,对比两组病患者用药前后的头痛发作次数、药物疗效及其他不良反应情况。结果：经对比得治疗组在头痛发作次数、药物疗效方面明显优于对照组,结果有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：采用加巴喷丁联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛可有效减轻患者头痛发作程度,减少头痛发作次数,降低不良反应发生率。
