摘要
由于液压支架性能检验的加载特点,对支架试验台的疲劳性能不能轻视。文章对某试验台的各加载工况进行了应力分析,得到计算载荷谱。对Manson-Coffin公式进行了Morrow平均应力修正,采用局部应力应变法的稳态法对台架的薄弱部件转角座进行了疲劳损伤估算。该方法相对于名义应力法精度较高,可对该液压支架试验台整体性能估算提供一定的参考。
Due to the load characteristic of hydraulic support performance test, the fatigue behavior of test rig is very important. Stress analysis of the test bed under all kinds of working conditions are done, the load spectrum is gotten. The formula of Manson-coffin is optimized by the mean of Morrow average stress. The fatigue life of corner pedestal which is the weak structure of the test bed is estimated by use of the stead method of local stress strain. With this way we could get higher precision results compared to the nominal stress method.It also could provide certain references in the overall performance estimate of hydraulic support test-bed.
