This article analyzes precautions of 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler pressure fire and causes, harm of overtemperature in hot start up-process.Bed pressure and steam temperature should be reasonably controled during fire pressure.and the timing of the fan should be grasped.Ignition air volume should be reasonably adjusted in hot startup. Reasonable coal quantity and timely warm water reduction help to control the steam temperature.
