摘要 污垢常存在于电站循环冷却水系统凝汽器换热管表面,垢层可以减低设备工作性能,增加管道流动阻力,降低传热能力等。本研究设计了一套循环水在线监控系统,通过监测冷却水水质参数和污垢热阻大小进而实时调整阻垢缓蚀剂和各种水质稳定剂,从而达到监测换热设备运行状态和稳定水质的目的。 The dirt often exist on condenser heat transfer tube surface of circulating cooling water system in the power plant. Scale layer can reduce the working performance of equipment,increase the pipeline flow resistance,reduce the heat transfer capability.This study designes a set of circulating water online monitoring system,through the monitoring of the cooling water quality parameters and fouling resistance size and real time adjustment scale corrosion inhibitor and a variety of water quality stabilizer so as to achieve the purpose of monitoring heat exchange equipment operation status and stability of water quality.
