摘要
分析联合循环电厂的构成,阐述电能和蒸汽的产生过程,指出其复杂性是燃料成本分摊复杂性的根源。基于工程案例,用四个方法计算燃料成本,并分析其不足。根据蒸汽的双重特性,提出新的计算方法。指出本方法在多项目比选方面的作用。
This paper analyzes the composition of the combined cycle power plant, expounds the generation of electricity and steam process, points out that its complexity is the root cause of the complexity of fuel cost allocation. Based on the engineering case, with four methods to calculate the cost of fuel, and this paper analyzes its disadvantages. Based on the dual characteristics of steam, and puts forward a new calculation method, pointed out this method in the role of the project than to choose.
