The external thread meter which studying and designing in this paper overcomes the disadvantages of the existing measuring instrument measurement data is not accurate, the problem of low efficiency of measurement. The measurement apparatus incorporating elastic measurement methods,it can be unified force, so that the measurement standard, so as to provide accurate measurement data. And it can be accurate numerical readout a one-time without the need for repeated measurements. It will provide more efficient data for external thread parts which need high standard and requirements of machining or assembly accuracy.Then, the whole accuracy of product assembly will improve.
