摘要
在机械加工中,夹具用来给工件定位、限制工件移动和支撑工件,它是决定加工质量的一个重要方面。传统的夹具设计是基于设计人员的经验来设计,该方法严重依赖设计人员的设计水平高低。针对这个问题,文章提出利用遗传算法来对夹具布局和夹紧力进行优化,通过算法对实际夹具加工进行验证,工件最大变形和夹紧力比经验设计降低30%,证明遗传算法进行优化效果还是比较好的。
In the machining process, fixture is used to limit the movement of the work piece, it is an important aspect of the machining quality. Traditional fixture design is based on the experience of designers. This paper proposes the use of genetic algorithm to optimize fixture layout and the clamping force, the algorithms to verify the actual machining fixture work piece and the clamping force, the maximum deformation is 30% lower than that of experience design, genetic algorithm was used to optimize the effect is perfect.
