摘要
随着全球化市场竞争的日益激烈,企业间的竞争也日趋激烈。伴随着迅猛发展的电子信息技术,也大大加快了产品的更新换代。在短时间的约束下,一些研发项目不能获得商品化的产品。而严格控制项目进度计划,可补偿已经发生的投资。因此对于高新企业在商业上持续获得成功并处于重要地位的就是项目进度管理,文章重点研究产品研发项目进度管理技术的改进策略。
