On the Three Controversial Viewpoints on Systematization and Parliamentary of the CPPCC

在我国一直存在着人民政协改革的呼声,关于如何改革主要有三种争议观点。针对这三种观点进行有针对性的辨析,在此基础上提出人民政协应当法制化、人民政协应当设定为国家协商机关的新观点。

In our country there have been calls for reforming the CPPCC, and there are three main controversial view- points on how to reform. This paper analyzed these three viewpoints and put forward that the CPPCC should be system- atized and the CPPCC should be set as a new consultative body, and this view has been fully analyzed and demonstra- ted in this paper.
