摘要
在信息技术不断发展的今天,IT信息系统集成具有越来越庞大的规模以及越来越复杂的项目。由于IT集成项目具有非常强的管理复杂性,因此,如果采用传统意义上的管理无法与集成项目发展的需求相适应,所以必须要将项目风险管理引入到系统集成行业中。
With the development of information technology today, IT integrated information system is more and more large scale and more complex projects. Because the IT integration project has a very strong management complexity, therefore, if the traditional management to adapt to the development and integration of the project can not be demand, so must the project risk management into the system integration industry.
