摘要
文章通过对国内和国外计算机企业在营销中如何建立人才激励机制进行对比研究,探讨如何结合我国计算机企业特点,构建符合我国计算机企业的人才激励机制,为我国计算机企业的发展壮大开拓市场。
This paper gives a comparative study on marketing of talent incentive mechanisms in domestic and foreign computer companies, to explore how to combine the characteristics of the computer business, building personnel incentives in line with China's computer business for the development and growth of enterprises to open up China's computer market.
